A gorgeous 3 tiered Wedding Cake with beautiful Poppies
that just pop out at you.
The background to this has a hint of Baroque in the white swirls
and the black poppy stem accents.
Is it OK to say that this is my favourite to date?
well, it is!
The swirls and stems on this give it such movement
These cupcakes compliment the cake beautifully.
On top of these perfectly plump cupcakes are
hand scored circle of sugar paste (for added interest)
topped with a single red Poppy.

This wonderful cake was inspired by the amazing
Polymer Clay artist “Christi Friesen”
It works so well as the design for this cake.
The Dragonfly is also edible, made the same way as she made hers (more or less)
I just love the beauty of this so much!

these gorgeous cupcakes in pale greens and with roses in graded soft colours
would be perfect!
Roses are a “Timeless” flower, they never go out of fashion
where Weddings are concerned……and quite, rightly so!
Beautiful Lilac Butterfly Cupcakes.
These are a different colour version of the ones in my first post
But it’s always good to see other colour ways.
These look so dreamy with the lustre on both the cupcake
and the stencil work on the butterfly.

This exquisitely designed 3 tier cake has a background of soft peach
with beautiful paisley decorations which are hand cut, piped and coloured
in a soft pastel pallet.
Various sized blossoms and piping
in the same soft peach are placed on and around the paisley embellishments.
The decoration on this is all at the front, but more can be added if desired
or just a few piped dots and blossoms could taper off around the back which
would look stunning!

This little cake was inspired by some Costume Jewellery
in the form of a brooch
All completely edible,
leaves and stems are painted silver
and the flowers are painted and given a silver outline.
This delicate designed cake would be perfect for the “Small Intimate Wedding”

Beautiful & Romantic Dogwood’s are used to decorate this Cupcake Tower.
Cupcakes are my usual muffin size with buttercream
and covered with a circle of white & apple green sugar paste
topped with a gorgeous Dog Rose Bloom
and dusted in delicate pinks, greens and pollen yellows.
The top cutting cake can be anything from a 5″ upwards
and is made double depth to give full impact on the Dog Wood
trailing up the side and on top.
Any Spring or Summer Wedding would suit this beautiful display!
This beautiful white on white, “Applique” cake
is both traditional in colour but very modern in design.
As gorgeous as it looks as a two tier
it would look absolutely stunning in a three or more tiered version.
Each Dog Rose and Leaf is piped with royal icing
giving it an outline and also piped dots on the cake.
All piping has been highlighted with a pearl finish.
Imagine this as a centrepiece for a Winter Wedding
and you could even have the 2D Dog Rose Blossoms substituted for Snowflakes!
These weren’t specifically made for a Wedding as such,
but thought I would add them to this site
as my Husband is in the Army and knowing how many military Weddings there are,
(with that incorporated into the theme)
these would be the perfect addition……don’t they look elegant!
These are decorated to the specific regiment and each “Cap Badge” is edible,
made by making a mould of the badge and cutting (intricately) each one out
and then coloured with edible paint.
These are perfect for any Vintage Styled Wedding (Shabby Chic)
at any time of the year.
A light sponge cupcake with a generous portion of creamy buttercream
covered with heavenly, sweetened desiccated coconut
which adds a soft romantic look to these.
Each one is topped with blossoms of various designs
in a gentle two tone effect!
This design would look wonderful at both an intimate Wedding
and a large Wedding with a beautiful co-ordinating cutting cake.
